We are seeking an experienced, hands-on assistant restaurant manager with strong drive and enthusiasm to support and deputise for the restaurant manager. A team player who leads by example from the front and has similar experience in a fast-paced restaurant where service, standards and consistency are key.
The new restaurant is a part of and expansion of The Angel & Royal Hotel in Grantham and we hope to attract a different demographic with all day dining, breakfasts, brunches, lunches and dinners along with late night drinking on the weekends until 2am.
Hands on hosting of the restaurant, organising staff on shift, attention to detail and consistently training staff old and new to improve and maintain the restaurant standards are key.
If you have experience of making/ designing cocktails that is also a bonus as these will be promoted very much at the venue.
