```Duties:```
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary
- Mix and apply paint or coatings using sprayers, ensuring even coverage and smooth finish
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective equipment while working
- Maintain and clean sprayers, ensuring they are in good working condition
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects
```Qualifications:```
- Minimum 5 Years experience as a sprayer or painter preferred
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain sprayers
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed
- Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
