Key Responsibilities
Groundsman £120 per day:
- Assist climbers with rigging, lowering, and clearing debris
- Operate wood chippers, stump grinders, and chainsaws (training provided if needed)
- Keep work areas tidy and safe at all times
- Support with loading/unloading and general site setup
- Perform basic maintenance on tools and machinery
Requirements
- Experience in tree work or landscaping preferred (but we’re open to training the right person)
- For climbers: NPTC tickets (CS30, CS31, CS38, CS39) prefered
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence is an advantage
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious

Pay: £160.00-£210.00 per day
