About the Role
Bennett Hay is looking for an experienced and passionate Hospitality Manager to join our team in a prestigious corporate environment in the City of London.
This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional with a strong background in high-end service, fine dining and event planning. You will take responsibility for delivering an exceptional hospitality experience for clients and partners, while leading and developing a strong team.
You will play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of service, food safety and health & safety, while working closely with colleagues across departments and the client team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all health & safety and food safety requirements within your immediate area, including allergens and COSHH.
- Deliver an outstanding, consistently high level of service to clients and partners.
- Lead by example and promote a strong service-focused culture within the team.
- Build effective communication and positive working relationships across all departments and with the client team.
- Recruit, develop and maintain a strong direct-report team.
- Lead, motivate and support colleagues to achieve consistently high service standards.
- Support the planning and delivery of events, ensuring every detail is managed to a high standard.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability across the hospitality operation.
- Maintain the highest standards of presentation, attention to detail and professionalism.
- Ensure all relevant food safety, health & safety and allergen procedures are followed.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience leading a team within a 5-star or high-end hospitality environment.
- Strong fine-dining experience with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience in event planning and delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong wine knowledge.
- A genuine passion for delivering high-end service.
- Highly organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities.
- A confident leader who leads by example.
- Food Safety, Health & Safety and Allergen training to a minimum of Level 2; Level 3 qualifications would be an advantage.
- A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to respond positively to changing operational requirements.
