Area Coach to oversee multiple restaurants across the

Your Role as an Area Coach
As an Area Coach, you will lead multiple restaurant teams, ensuring high standards across operations, customer experience, and financial performance. You will work closely with Restaurant General Managers to build strong, engaged teams and deliver consistent results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop restaurant teams to deliver high standards in food quality, service, and cleanliness
- Support and develop Restaurant General Managers to build strong leadership capability
- Drive performance by analysing results and implementing improvement plans
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across all locations
- Maintain compliance with operational, health and safety, and brand standards
What You Bring
- 2-5 years' experience in QSR, hospitality, or retail multi-site management
- A strong track record of driving sales and building high-performing teams
- Proven leadership and coaching capability
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Commercial awareness and understanding of business performance metrics
- A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across the region
