Production Operative / Machine Operator – 4 on 4 off
Location: Buxton, Derbyshire
Hours: 12 hour shifts 4 on 4off rotating days and nights
Pay: Starting from £12.92 per hour, rising to £14.00 after a successful probation period and up to £15.07 depending on ongoing performance
Bonus: Monthly £200 attendance and performance bonus + £200 Monthly shift allowance

About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Production Operative / Machine Operator to join our busy, 24-hour production facility. You’ll play a key role in mixing and bagging sands, aggregates, and powders, ensuring smooth operation of the plant and consistent product quality.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll be expected to take ownership of your work, maintain high standards, and keep production running efficiently throughout your shift.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor mixing and bagging machinery
- Ensure consistent product quality and accurate output
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working area
- Work to production targets and deadlines
- Carry out basic maintenance and troubleshooting where required
- Support continuous improvement and training initiatives
