Public Urban Bars Ltd is a young, independent, dynamic, multi-site hospitality company, currently looking to recruit a Head Chef to join its growing team. We are a quality, award-winning, food-led, family-friendly pub company. This fantastic opportunity is open to applicants who are fully adept at managing a high volume, quality, food-driven pub business, and who have the ability to lead, guide and develop a large team. The successful candidate must have the talent, drive and vibrant personality to succeed in this customer-focused business, have experience of maximizing a P+L account, and be fully adept at stock management.
This exciting opportunity would suit an existing Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef looking to run their own kitchen.
Salary is competitive, and based on industry knowledge and aptitude and a generous bonus scheme is also in place.

Pay: £40,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
