Fish Brothers Omoda Jaecoo has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Parts Advisor. The Parts Advisor is a proactive and important member of the Omoda Jaecoo Aftersales team dealing with all parts related enquiries. You will be responsible for identifying and selling parts profitably to trade, retail and workshop customers, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Responding positively to the requests of the Management team and working effectively as a member of the Aftersales team, your overall objective will be to maximise of parts sales helping to achieve and ideally exceed the business plan of the department.
You will be presentable with a polite and courteous manner and have experience at developing relationships with customers and colleagues. This position is ideally suited to an individual with good communication and organisational skills.
Experience of working within a parts department of a main franchise dealership would be highly advantageous. Drive/CDK / Kerridge dealer management systems experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
Hours of work: 20 hours per week Monday to Friday
