About the opportunity

Roles of this type would sit within a collaborative environment where you would work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and project delivery partners to shape Salesforce implementations that drive business impact. The work could involve designing enterprise solutions, establishing platform governance, managing complex integrations and mentoring delivery teams on architectural best practices.

What you would do
Typical responsibilities could include:
-
Designing end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned with client business objectives and technical constraints
-
Establishing and maintaining Salesforce platform governance frameworks and architecture standards
-
Developing integration strategies between Salesforce and enterprise systems
-
Leading solution design workshops with stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into technical architectures
-
Reviewing and advising on solution designs to ensure scalability, security and performance
-
Supporting delivery teams throughout implementation to ensure architectural integrity
-
Mentoring junior architects and technical resources on platform best practices and design patterns
-
Contributing to the continuous improvement of our Salesforce practice methodologies
What you could bring
Most roles of this type require the following:
-
Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect or Solutions Architect, with demonstrated expertise in designing complex solutions on the Salesforce platform

Salesforce Certified Solutions Architect certification
-
Strong understanding of Salesforce system architecture, configuration and customisation capabilities
-
Experience designing and implementing integration strategies using APIs, middleware and enterprise integration patterns
-
Knowledge of platform governance, security and compliance considerations
-
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
-
Experience working in client-facing or stakeholder-management environments
-
Master's degree in Computer Science or related field

Right to work in the United Kingdom
Nice-to-have qualifications:

Additional Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer, Administrator, or other specialisms)

Experience in specific industries such as financial services, technology or life sciences

Background in enterprise architecture frameworks

Experience mentoring or leading technical teams
