Overview
We are recruiting for an experienced AV Project Manager to oversee multiple high-end residential AV installation projects from handover through to completion. Projects range from £50k to £500k and will be managed at different stages simultaneously.
Key responsibilities
- Manage multiple AV projects at once, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to a high standard.
- Coordinate 3–5 engineers per site, depending on project size and stage.
- Attend sites across the North West and Yorkshire, as well as the Leeds office when required.
- Work closely with clients, internal teams and engineers to maintain clear communication throughout delivery.
- Monitor progress, resolve issues quickly and maintain control of programme, quality and cost.
- Produce and maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
- Review and manage project handover from sales / pre-contract through to completion.
What we’re looking for
- Previous Project Manager experience is essential; this is not suitable for a Supervisor or Project Engineer stepping up.
- Experience delivering AV installation projects, ideally within the high-end residential sector.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage several live projects simultaneously.
- Confident communicator with a professional client-facing approach.
- Ability to travel regularly to sites across the region.

Pay: £45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
