Senior/Quantity Surveyor

Location: Office based (Blackpool) site visits as required
Role: Quantity Surveyor with experience in commercial/residential new build and refurbishment projects.
Salary: £50-£55k per annum dependent on experience, plus car allowance and bonus scheme following qualifying period
Job Description: Manage the commercial function primarily within our new build and refurbishment department, typically managing 2-3 consecutive projects values ranging up to 3M
· Managing subcontractor procurement, assessment & payments through to final accounts
· Preparing and reviewing valuations, variations and cost reports. Issue and agreement of project final accounts.
· Resolve disputes or issues regarding variations, progress, or payments
· Producing CVRs, forecasts and commercial reports.
· Administering standard forms of contracts as applicable.
· Ability to formulate/produce tenders, where familiar with clients/projects
· Managing change control and commercial risk.
· Working closely with operations teams to maximise project performance.
· Building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
· Ensure all commercial procedures, safety, environmental, and quality standards are upheld.
Pay: £50,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
