About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Aftersales Manager to lead our aftersales and workshop teams at SMC Alpine Weybridge.
Our Weybridge site is currently transforming into an Alpine dealer, and will continue to look after our Renault and Dacia Aftersales customers, making this an exciting opportunity!
As Aftersales Manager you will be responsible for managing our workshop, leading the Aftersales support and workshop teams in delivering an exceptional experience to our Alpine, Renault and Dacia aftersales customers. You will be overseeing service and parts processes and handling the day-to-day operations of the aftersales department to achieve targets.
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, experienced, and ready to make an impact from their first day to help develop and grow the service department within this exciting business.
Our Aftersales Managers work Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm. No weekends!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the workshop and aftersales teams (service and parts) to achieve key targets
- Maintain high customer focus levels
- Monitor staff training needs
- Ensure compliance and company standards
- Work as a full member of the dealership team
What we’re looking for:
- Previous service management experience (preferred)
- Previous franchised dealership experience (preferred)
- Automotive parts and warranty knowledge
- Ability to work towards and successfully achieve targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Team leader with a positive and adaptable attitude
- Comfortable using digital tools and systems
- Full clean UK driver’s licence
