What you’ll do:
- Support the day-to-day running of the nursery
- Help lead and inspire a caring, high-quality team
- Build strong relationships with children and families
- Step up in the absence of the Manager/Deputy
What we’re looking for:
- Level 3 childcare qualification
- Nursery experience (leadership helpful but not essential)
- Positive, organised and supportive team player
- Passion for helping children thrive
