The initial role will be dealing with inbound telephone calls, offering exceptional customer service and a product from our extensive appliance cleaning range.
Once fully trained, other areas to progress into are:
Extended warranty, insurance, parts and appliance sales (Uncapped commission), Customer Resolutions, dealing with more complex customer queries, Digital Team, dealing with customers via our live chat and social platforms.

Role information
- Call Centre advisor within the Sales and Customer Service departments Full time
- 1 in 2 weekend rotation (1 day) with a rostered day off in the week
- Variable shift patterns across the Contact Centre opening hours
- Starting salary £24,691.72 pro rata
- 2 weeks classroom training - this will be 8.30-5 Monday - Friday followed by 2 weeks in the Academy
- 25 days holiday per year pro rata
- Up to 3 rostered Bank Holidays per year
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Good people skills and the ability to use common sense and tact to diffuse situations ensuring customer satisfaction
- A team player with a friendly and positive attitude and approach, with a genuine interest in customer service
- Previous customer service experience desirable but not essential
- Basic IT skills
