We are looking for a motivated and organised Care Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a key role within the organisation, ensuring the smooth coordination of care services, supporting recruitment activities, maintaining compliance standards, and providing essential operational support to both clients and care staff.
The successful candidate will be passionate about delivering excellent care, possess strong organisational skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Coordinate and manage the recruitment process to ensure staffing levels meet service requirements.

Support workforce compliance by ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

Participate in the on-call rota and respond effectively to emergencies, client concerns, and staff queries.

Manage daily operational activities to support high-quality service delivery.

Maintain and update internal care management systems, ensuring records remain accurate and compliant.

Build positive working relationships with clients, families, care staff, and external professionals.

Assist with rota management and staff allocation to ensure continuity of care.

Previous experience within the health and social care sector or recruitment environment.

Experience coordinating care services or supporting care operations is desirable.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work proactively and make informed decisions under pressure.

Full UK Driving Licence and access to transport.

Willingness to travel as required.
Required:

Minimum 2 years' experience providing care.

Full UK Driving Licence.
Preferred:

At least 1 year's office-based experience.

Experience in care coordination, recruitment, or workforce planning.
