Scoops 37 is a trendy, ever-growing ice cream parlour, now with a second location along the bustling Southend City seafront. As we continue to grow, we are looking for reliable, enthusiastic, and customer-focused individuals to join our team.
Position:
We are hiring staff who are passionate about customer service and creating an inviting, friendly, and happy environment for all our guests. If you have previous customer service experience and are looking to make a difference, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a smile
- Ensure a welcoming atmosphere for every customer
- Maintain the high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Work with a fun and motivated team
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service is preferred, but not essential
- Full training will be provided
- Must be well-mannered, well-presented, and have excellent customer service skills
