We are looking for an enthusiastic Team Leader to join us on our journey towards operational excellence and zero harm. In this dynamic role, you will lead, empower, and support our factory operatives on the shop floor, creating a safe, inclusive, and highly collaborative environment where everyone can thrive.
As a Team Leader at Holcim, your essential responsibilities will include:
Championing Health, Safety, and Wellbeing: Actively promoting our "Zero Harm" safety culture, carrying out interactive safety tours, and delivering regular health and safety briefings and toolbox talks.
Leading and Developing People: Directing, training, and encouraging your team members to achieve shared goals while nurturing their individual development through regular job reviews and coaching.
Delivering Operational Excellence: Communicating the production plan, managing local operational budgets, maintaining high product quality standards, and proactively identifying continuous improvement opportunities.
Fostering Collaboration: Building positive, supportive working relationships both within your immediate team and across other factory functions to ensure seamless operations.
