Loco Lime is looking for reliable Line Chefs / Chef de Parties to join the kitchen team at our Poole restaurant.
We’re a chef-led, Mexican-inspired street food brand serving fast, fresh food made properly. Expect fresh preparation, bold flavours, clean sections and consistent service.
This is not fine dining, but it is a proper kitchen with proper standards. You’ll work as part of a small, energetic team that takes pride in serving great food quickly without compromising on quality.
The role would suit someone with experience in a busy restaurant, street food kitchen, grill section, QSR, pub kitchen or other high-volume food operation.

What You’ll Do
- Prepare fresh ingredients before service
- Cook and finish menu items to specification
- Run your section during busy periods
- Deliver fast and consistent service without dropping standards
- Keep your station clean, organised and fully stocked
- Follow food safety, hygiene and allergen procedures
- Support the team with preparation, close-down and general kitchen duties
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience working in a kitchen
- Confidence working in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Good basic preparation and cooking skills
- A clean and organised approach to work
- Reliability and good timekeeping
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- The ability to work well as part of a team
You do not need previous experience cooking Mexican food, as full menu training will be provided. What matters most is reliability, pace, cleanliness and attitude.
Loco Lime was founded by two chefs with backgrounds in professional kitchens. In just a few years, we have grown from one location into a multi-site business, with further openings planned.
