Multitrade Operative with Van – £200–£240 per Day (UTR) ACRE (Ascension Property Services Ltd) is looking for reliable, skilled Multitrade Operatives with their own van to join our growing delivery team across London and the South East.
We carry out responsive repairs, void works and planned maintenance for housing associations, local authorities and private clients.
What you’ll be doing Day-to-day multitrade repairs and maintenance
Work on occupied and empty properties
Typical tasks include:
Basic plumbing (leaks, taps, traps, toilets)
Carpentry (doors, locks, skirting, kitchens)
Patch plastering & making good
Tiling repairs
Painting & decorating
Working from job sheets with clear scopes
What we’re looking for Proven multitrade experience
Own van and tools
UTR registered (self-employed)
Good communication and professional attitude
Ability to work independently and hit deadlines
Valid UK driving licence
Pay & details £200– £240 per day (depending on experience and scope)
Long-term, consistent work available
Weekly payments
Monday–Friday work
