Test Valley is a proprietary owned Golf Club recruiting for a permanent member of Bar / Waiting Staff to join our team for the busy season ahead. The Club has just under 700 members. Members use the clubhouse on a daily basis plus we are a busy function and events business which attracts private events ranging from weddings, private parties, club matches, Sunday lunches, business meetings, corporate golf days, wakes, club social nights and tribute nights to name but a few.
The role involves serving drinks from the bar and serving food from the kitchen plus waiting tables in the Clubhouse which comprises of our the Lounge Bar, Terrace Bar, Dining Room and Marquee. These rooms allow us to host a wide range of events as mentioned above all year round.
The role offers the opportunity for the successful candidate to gain and utilise customer service skills in a very nice environment, whilst gaining valuable in-house training from our Clubhouse & Bar Manager and the team.

This position is a full time permanent position and will require flexibility to include working weekdays, weekends and evenings when we have functions on. Hours of work will be defined by a pre agreed rota created by the Clubhouse Manager. Rate of pay will be commensurate with age & experience.
