Maternity Cover Position Potential for Permanent Employment
Fergus & Glover Dental Practice is seeking a caring,professional and enthusiastic GDC-registered Dental Nurse to join our friendly team on a maternity cover contract. To end 28/06/27
This position is offered initially as a fixed-term maternity cover role; however,for the right candidate,there may be an opportunity for a permanent position within the practice at the end of the contract,subject to business needs.
We are a well-established,modern dental practice providing a wide range of treatments including general dentistry,cosmetic dentistry,implants and sedation. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional patient care and creating a supportive environment for both patients and staff.
The Role
You will support our clinicians in delivering high-quality dental care and play a key role in ensuring patients have a positive experience throughout their treatment journey.
Responsibilities
- Chairside assistance across a range of dental procedures
- Preparing and maintaining treatment rooms
- Decontamination and infection prevention procedures
- Supporting patient care and comfort
- Maintaining accurate clinical records
- Working closely with clinicians and the wider practice team
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- GDC registered
- Friendly,professional and patient-focused

- Committed to delivering excellent patient care
Experience in implants,sedation or cosmetic dentistry would be advantageous but is not essential.
