As part of our continued growth in Wales, we are seeking a Senior – Project Management with experience in delivering advanced technology facilities and data centre programmes, alongside broader infrastructure and built environment sectors.

This is a leadership role with the opportunity to shape and grow a high-performing team, develop client relationships, and play a key role in delivering complex, cutting-edge projects across the region.

Provide strategic leadership and delivery of project management services across advanced technology/data centre schemes and related sectors.

Act as a senior client interface, building trusted relationships with key regional and national clients.

Support the growth and development of the Wales business, including team expansion and capability building.

Lead and contribute to winning work, including bids, proposals, and client presentations.

Take ownership of major projects and key accounts, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.

Collaborate across disciplines and regions to deliver integrated, innovative solutions.

Promote and enhance the AtkinsRéalis Project Management brand in the marketplace.

Drive a culture of continuous improvement, inclusion, and high performance within the team.

Mentor, coach and support colleagues, contributing to a strong and engaged team culture.

Monitor workload and resources to support efficient and effective project delivery.
You will bring:

Chartered status (MRICS or equivalent professional qualification).

Strong experience delivering complex, high-value projects, ideally including advanced technology or mission-critical environments.

Proven ability to lead teams and manage client relationships at a senior level.

Experience in pre- and post-contract project delivery and commercial management.

A strong understanding of the Welsh and wider UK construction market.

A track record in winning work and developing client relationships.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Strategic awareness and the ability to identify and capitalise on market opportunities.
