Duties
- Structured Gel Manicures ( aka BIAB) 80% of clients and then occasional pedicures. No extensions.
- Follow high level of hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Client consultations to ensure the right service for them and aftercare recommendations with products.
- Friendly and professional customer service.
- Manage your bookings using Fresha.
Skills
- Gel manicures and pedicures.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills within the beauty industry.

- NVQ Level 2 Beauty Therapy or similar (preferred)
