360 Services requires a Security Concierge to cover Night Shifts , undertaking the role of a Safeguarding Officer. The successful candidates will be responsible for safeguarding clients living in Supported Accommodation, Homeless Hostels & Night Shelters.

The role will involve you working alongside a team of Support staff protecting properties and supporting the safeguarding needs of vulnerable adults / young people.
You will be responsible for supporting the Safeguarding of residents through conducting Health and Safety checks on the building, Welfare checks on residents, ensuring that access to the building is restricted to approved visitors only and providing support to Vulnerable Adults as and when required. A well as discouraging Anti-Social Behaviour.
You will be required to identify any safeguarding concerns that you witness and document all concerns and incidents clearly and accurately.
You will also be responsible for maintaining visitor logs, distributing food donations, light cleaning duties and supporting senior support staff as and where required.
Must Have:
- A knowledge and understanding of working with vulnerable adults, which may include young adults, or those with addiction issues or those requiring support with their mental health. We expect all workers to display empathy to Vulnerable Adults. All training will be provided.
- Some relevant experience is preferred but not essential.
