GrowMore Properties is a fast-growing serviced accommodation business operating across London and Nottingham. We lease residential properties and run them as short-stay accommodation for guests ranging from leisure travellers to corporate workers and insurance-displaced households.
We are looking for a Marketing and Operations Coordinator to join us remotely and help grow our direct bookings, manage our online presence, and support day-to-day business operations.
What you will be doing
- Building and executing outreach campaigns to generate direct bookings from corporate clients, relocation companies, and insurance partners
- Managing and growing our social media presence across Instagram and LinkedIn
- Creating content that reflects our brand: professional, honest, and founder-led
- Supporting operational admin including guest communications, listing management, and supplier coordination
- Researching new partnership opportunities and helping us build our B2B pipeline
- Helping shape how we grow as we scale toward 10 units and beyond
What we are looking for
- Someone who takes initiative and gets things done without needing constant direction
- Strong written communication skills, particularly for email outreach and social content
- An interest in property, startups, or hospitality is a plus but not essential
- Any experience with tools like Airbnb, Booking.com, CRMs, Canva, or social scheduling tools is helpful
- Comfortable working remotely and managing your own time
What we offer
- £26,000 to £30,000 per year depending on experience
- Fully remote with occasional in-person meetups in London or Nottingham
