We are currently looking for Health Care Assistants (HCAs) to join our compassionate care team.

Schedule

Location
- Tunbridge Wells, TN4 8SJ
- Must be able to reliably commute or relocate before starting work
Experience & Requirements
- Care Home experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Language: English (preferred)
- Must have the right to work in the UK
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
- Support with mobility, moving and handling
- Serve meals and support with hydration and nutrition
- Monitor and record vital signs and changes in condition
- Keep care records up to date
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
- Follow infection control and safeguarding procedures
- Support residents to attend in-home or off-site activities
Additional Duties
- Participate in training and development
- Maintain resident confidentiality at all times
- Report incidents or concerns to the Nurse in Charge
- Support end-of-life care (with training and team support)
