We are looking for a warm, organised and people-focused Guest Experience & Events Coordinator to become an integral part of our team.
This is a wonderfully varied role, perfect for someone who enjoys creating memorable experiences, building relationships with guests and being at the heart of a busy hospitality operation.
No two days are ever the same. One day you may be welcoming wedding guests, the next supporting a leadership retreat, coordinating a private celebration or assisting with an exclusive-use stay.
The Role
As Guest Experience & Events Coordinator, you will help ensure every guest feels genuinely welcomed, cared for and valued from their first enquiry through to departure.
Working closely with the wider team, you will support guest services, weddings, retreats and events, whilst helping maintain the high standards of hospitality that define Rose Castle.
What You'll Be DoingGuest Experience
- Welcoming guests to Rose Castle and ensuring a warm and personal arrival experience
- Managing guest check-ins and departures
- Assisting with guest enquiries, recommendations and special requests
- Ensuring guest-facing areas are beautifully presented at all times
- Creating thoughtful moments that leave a lasting impression
Events & Weddings
- Supporting the delivery of weddings, retreats, celebrations and corporate events
- Assisting with enquiries and event administration
- Preparing function sheets and operational documents
- Coordinating details between departments to ensure seamless delivery
- Supporting events and evening functions when required
Administration & Coordination
- Managing incoming emails and telephone enquiries
- Supporting booking administration and guest communications
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting
- Assisting with scheduling, diaries and general office administration
- Supporting rota coordination and operational planning
Team Collaboration
- Working closely with housekeeping, food & beverage, kitchen and maintenance teams
- Providing hands-on support across the estate when needed
- Helping create a positive, collaborative and guest-focused culture
- Acting as an ambassador for Rose Castle in every interaction
About You
You are someone who naturally enjoys looking after people and takes pride in delivering exceptional hospitality.
You may have experience within:
- Hospitality
- Guest Services
- Weddings & Events
- Hotel Reception
- Administration
- Customer Experience
