Full Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Part-Time Associate Dentist to join our busy, well-established mixed NHS and Private practice, Abacus Dental & Implant Clinic, in Milton Keynes.This is an excellent opportunity for an associate who would like to take over an established NHS patient list from an existing Principal Dentist while also developing and growing their private diary.We are looking for an associate to work 2 weekdays per week, with days available on Monday, Wednesday or Thursday, plus the opportunity to work Saturdays for private dentistry. There is flexibility around the working days for the right candidate.The practice benefits from a strong flow of new patients each month, providing an excellent opportunity to build and maintain a busy, rewarding diary.What We Offer

- 2,000 UDAs across 2 days
- Opportunity to build a private patient diary on Saturdays

- Be GDC registered
- Have a valid NHS Performer Number
- Have appropriate dental indemnity insurance
- Be patient-focused and committed to providing high-quality care
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Work well as part of a supportive clinical team
- Have an interest in digital dentistry – experience is welcomed but not essential
- Be motivated to develop their private dentistry alongside their NHS commitment
