Location: Clifton Bingo Club
Hours: 16 hours per week (including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as required)
Salary: 12.75 per hour
About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, flexible, and customer focused General Assistant to join our team. This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You will work across different areas of the business, helping to create a welcoming, enjoyable, and safe environment for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering excellent customer service throughout the club
- Assisting customers on the gaming floor with change and handing out prize money
- Serving food and beverages within the buffet area
- Working behind the bar, serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining a clean and well-stocked area
- Learning to call bingo games and assist with the smooth running of sessions.
- Operating tills and processing cash and card transactions accurately
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation across all areas of the venue
- Working flexibly across departments to support the needs of the business

- Flexibility and willingness to work across multiple departments
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Previous experience in hospitality, retail, leisure, catering, or customer service is advantageous but not essential
- Availability to work a flexible rota, including evenings and weekends
