We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a vital part of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve preparing and serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to a positive guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and responding to inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
Skills
- Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively.
- Basic maths skills for handling cash and making change.
- Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is advantageous.
- Bartending skills, including knowledge of drink recipes and mixing techniques.
- A passion for hospitality and providing excellent customer service.
