Experienced Nanny - West Cornwall
Baby & Beyond Nanny Co. is seeking an experienced, proactive nanny to support a wonderful family in Hayle, West Cornwall.
This is an exciting opportunity for a confident nanny who enjoys creating engaging days for young children, supporting home education and becoming a valued part of family life.
The family
- Three children (5 years and 2-year-old twins)
- Home education for the eldest child
- Nature-loving family with 30 acres to explore
- Friendly family looking for a long-term relationship with the right nanny
Initial role
- Monday to Thursday
- 9:00am–2:00pm (20 hours per week)
- Potential for additional evenings and weekends
- Opportunity for the role to develop into a full-time mother's help / PA position
Responsibilities
- Planning engaging, age-appropriate activities
- Outdoor play and creative experiences
- Supporting toilet training
- Preparing nutritious children's lunches
- Keeping children's areas organised and tidy
- Encouraging learning through play
- Working confidently alongside parents
- Helping to create a calm, structured day
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience caring for three or more children
- Is organised, proactive and confident
- Can structure a fun and engaging day
- Has excellent communication skills
- Is confident driving children
- Enjoys outdoor play and creativity
- Is warm, calm and nurturing while confidently setting boundaries
- Driver essential
Desirable
- Home education experience
- SEN experience
- Montessori / Forest School knowledge
Pay: £15.00-£22.00 per hour
Experience:
- Childcare: 3 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
