Job Introduction
We are currently seeking a motivated and suitably skilled individual to join the Leisure services team at Oakengates Leisure Centre in a full time role 37h a week
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day supervision of the facilities including pool lifeguard duties, assisting with the Swim4Life swimming lessons programme and ensuring high cleanliness and housekeeping standards are maintained in the facility at all times.
The successful candidate will work across a 3 week rota pattern that includes regular evening and weekend working
A RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification and Level 2 Health & Fitness Certificate (or ability to achieve within 6 months) are requirements of the post
A Swim England level 1 teachers or full Teachers qualification are desirable for the role
