Hours
Tuesdays 4.30-8.30pm
Duties
- Assist lead teachers in planning and executing lively musical theatre lessons that incorporate singing, acting, dance, and stagecraft
- Support students during rehearsals and performances, encouraging participation and confidence
- Help create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes teamwork and artistic expression
- Prepare classroom materials, costumes, props, and set pieces as needed for rehearsals and shows
- Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and encourage individual growth
- Ensure safety protocols are followed during all activities and performances

Experience
- Previous experience in musical theatre performance or education is essential.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire students of diverse backgrounds
- Knowledge of basic stagecraft, choreography, vocal techniques, or acting methods is advantageous
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and adapt to dynamic classroom settings
- Passion for arts education and fostering creativity in young performers
