We are looking for a Business Development Manager who can drive sustainable business growth by identifying new opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships. Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities across multiple industries while building a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
Relationship Management: Develop trusted relationships with prospective and existing clients by understanding their business objectives and recommending appropriate digital solutions.
Sales Strategy: Create and execute effective business development strategies that support company growth targets and market expansion.
Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate sales forecasts, manage opportunities through the CRM system, and ensure a healthy sales pipeline at every stage.
Commercial Presentations: Deliver engaging presentations, prepare tailored proposals, negotiate commercial agreements, and confidently represent the company during meetings and networking events.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with technical and project delivery teams to ensure smooth transitions from sales to project implementation and outstanding customer experiences.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience: 4+ years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Account Management, or Technology Sales, with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
Commercial Skills: Strong ability to identify opportunities, negotiate confidently, build client relationships, and close new business.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to present solutions to senior decision-makers.
CRM & Sales Tools: Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar sales management systems.
Industry Knowledge: Previous experience within technology, software, IT services, SaaS, digital transformation, or professional services is highly desirable.
Mindset: You're proactive, commercially minded, and motivated by building long-term partnerships. You enjoy solving business challenges, continuously improving your approach, and contributing to the success of both your clients and your team.
Pay: £28,724.00-£42,256.00 per year
