Job Description
Job Title: Night Venue Styling Team
Location: Battle, East Sussex (travel to venues incuded)
Hours: 25–30 hours per week (4–5 nights)
Schedule: Night shifts (typically 11pm start – finish varies)
Pay
£13.65 per hour

The Role
We create high-end wedding spaces across some of the South East’s leading venues. Our work happens overnight, transforming empty rooms into fully styled wedding settings ready for the morning.
This is a physical, fast-paced role where attention to detail matters. It’s not about rushing — it’s about getting it right.
What You’ll Be Doing
Loading and unloading vans at our warehouse
Driving vans to venues across Sussex
Installing décor (draping, candles, linen, florals, styling pieces)
Working to deadlines through the night
Leaving every setup clean, precise, and finished to a high standard
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
Over 18
Full UK driving licence (clean licence preferred)
Own vehicle (due to rural warehouse location)
Confident driving or willing to drive a works van
Weekend availability essential
Able to work night shifts with flexible finish times
Physically fit (lifting and manual handling involved)
Strong attention to detail
