Hours
- 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
The role of Customer Service Advisor:
- Planning and scheduling field-based operative workloads
- Coordinating efficient routing and daily workloads
- Updating internal systems and tracking job progress
- Handling queries and rescheduling appointments
The ideal Customer Service Advisor:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Proactive approach to managing workloads and resolving issues
- Comfortable using scheduling or CRM systems (training provided)
