Job description
Growing Places is looking to recruit a passionate and highly motivated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our established and supportive team.
Due to expansion, we have multiple opportunities available across our nurseries, with both full-time and job share positions.
Available roles by location:
Havant
Mill Hill – Waterlooville
Oak Meadow – Fareham
The Manor – Cosham

Key responsibilities
- Take responsibility for a group of key children
- Plan and support children’s learning and development
- Create and maintain an engaging, enabling environment
- Complete observations for individuals and groups
- Ensure all care and safeguarding needs are met
- Follow all policies and procedures
- Build positive partnerships with parents/carers
- Engage in continuous professional development
Requirements
- Level 3 qualification in Childcare (essential)
- Good understanding of the EYFS statutory framework
- Knowledge of child development and children’s needs
- Positive, proactive attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
