We are looking for some enthusiastic, experienced & resilient TA's to join our Outstanding SEN School in Gunnislake. These children will have a learning disability and need varying levels of support with all aspects of their life.
The ideal candidate will have effective communication skills, the ability to deal with complex needs and challenging behaviours whilst remaining clam and professional.
As a TA some of your day to day activities will include:
- assisting and encouraging the children with their work
- supporting the children's behaviour
- personal care
- helping & encouraging the children to engage in activities and with peers
Salary £21,648 - £23,313 (£13.39 - £14.42 per hour) depending on qualifications and experience. Term time only contract, 36.25 hours per week.
