Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and personable Front of House Team Members to join our vibrant team. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming environment, and supporting daily operations. The ideal candidate will be organised, friendly, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided. Duties
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and ensure they feel welcome
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing friendly assistance with menu selections
- Handle payments using the POS system, ensuring transactions are processed smoothly
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables and counters
- Answer customer queries promptly and professionally, resolving any issues with courtesy
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure seamless service delivery
- Assist with opening and closing procedures as required
- Promote special offers or upcoming events to enhance customer experience

Skills
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour
- Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work during peak times, including weekends and evenings if required
- Basic numeracy skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
