Spa Therapist – The Club & Spa

About the Role
As a Spa Therapist, you will provide a range of high-quality treatments while ensuring each guest enjoys a relaxing, rejuvenating, and memorable visit. You will play a key role in maintaining the standards and reputation of The Club & Spa.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a variety of treatments including massages, facials, and body therapies
- Conduct client consultations and tailor treatments to individual needs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment
- Promote spa services and retail products to enhance guest experience
- Ensure high standards of hygiene and professionalism at all times
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits
Requirements
- Level 2 and 3 NVQ qualification in beauty
- Previous experience in a spa or wellness environment preferred
- Strong knowledge of a range of treatments and techniques
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional, well-groomed appearance
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
