Job Overview
On a day-to-day basis you will be working within a team of designers and responsible for the production of computer aided designs (CADs) for a range of garments - translating conceptual ideas into detailed digital plans for production, ensuring accuracy, functionality, compliance and meeting the high company standards expected by our customers.
Key Responsibilities
1) Visually interpreting customer concepts & visions into production cad format
2) Communicating with sales reps & customers
3) Working to tight deadlines & time restrictions
4) Being motivated to work both independently and as part of a larger team
5) Researching new trends/ideas & thinking creatively to produce new designs
6) Creating design presentations across a wide range of sports – block templates provided
7) Checking your own work that everything is correct & production compliant
8) Ensuring company policies are adhered to, this includes Equal Opportunities Policy, Harassment Policy, Health and Safety Policy and Training Policy.
9) Travelling to the production facility as and when required
Required Experience
· Previous experience working within a design environment
· Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
Preferred Experience
· Previous knowledge and experience of sportswear kit design

· Personable, confident, enthusiastic and eloquent
· Ability to work both individually and within a team with the capacity to think outside the box
· Genuine interest in the world of sport
Remuneration
Attractive remuneration package that reflects the experience, abilities and track record of the suitable candidate and will include competitive salary and bonuses. Company pension scheme available. Hours of work (37.5hrs/week) Monday - Thursday 8:00-16:00, Friday 7:00-15:00
