Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Worker/Driver to join our team. This role involves managing warehouse operations and delivering goods efficiently to various locations. The ideal candidate will possess strong driving skills, experience in warehouse environments, and excellent communication abilities.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles, ensuring timely deliveries to clients.
- Load and unload goods, including heavy lifting when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups, ensuring all documentation is complete and up-to-date.
- Assist in organising warehouse stock, ensuring items are stored correctly and inventory levels are maintained.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding delivery schedules or any issues encountered during routes.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently.
- Organisational skills with attention to detail in record keeping and inventory management.
- Communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and clients.
- Reliability and punctuality.
Pay: £16.00-£17.00 per hour
