We’re looking for SEN Learning Support Assistants to support pupils aged 5–19 with complex SEND, including Autism and ADHD. You’ll help pupils access learning, build confidence and develop the independence and life skills they need to thrive.
- Start: 1 September 2026
- £92.59–£106.80 per day during 12 week temp-perm | £23,600–£24,300 permanent salary
- 12-week temporary-to-permanent
- Full-time; Monday to Friday; 08.30 – 16.00 Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, 08.30 – 16.30 on a Wednesday and 08.30 – 15.30 on a Friday
Set across 55 acres of woodland on the Wiltshire-Dorset border, the school offers Forest School, farm-based learning, sensory spaces, sports facilities, a swimming pool, walled garden and extensive outdoor learning areas for all pupils.

- Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups
- Helping pupils engage with learning and practical activities
- Developing communication, independence and life skills
- Supporting emotional regulation and positive behaviour
- Building trusting, consistent relationships
- Using sensory and therapeutic approaches to support engagement
- Supporting outdoor, community and practical learning
- Working alongside teachers, therapists and specialist staff
