Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Vehicle Diagnostic Technician to join our long established, family run dealership in Colchester - representing; Citroen, Peugeot and MG.
This role includes:
- Diagnose and repair complex symptoms across the whole range of vehicle systems (car and LCV), including; ICE, EV, PHEV and Mild Hybrid architecture.
- Communicate with customers to fully understand their reported issue.
- Feedback resolutions to customer service advisors and the relevant manufacturer technical platforms.
- Develop your skills & knowledge to stay at the forefront of vehicle technology, including EV.
- Lead by example, continually demonstrating best practice to your colleagues.
- Assist, train and support colleagues with technical assistance.
- Performing manufacturer product campaigns.
- MOT testing.

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday - 44.5hrs/week (No weekends).
- 22 days holiday allocation, plus bank holidays and Birthday off (or nearest available day).
Additional pay:
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualified in vehicle maintenance and repair, with a minimum 5 years’ experience required.
- Hold a current and valid UK Driving Licence
