We are currently looking for a Site Supervisor to join our team in Stanford Le Hope at our DHL London Gateway site.
The successful candidate will supervise the team and help maintain the cleanliness and to support the team and clients to successfully run the contract. You will be the main contact between the staff and the client to ensure a smooth running operation. It is preferred for the successful candidate to have prior knowledge and experience of working in a fast paced environment and have experience managing a team.

Working Hours:
37.5 hours a week, 5 out of 7 days in the week, predominantly Monday-Friday however with different working patterns on site, flexibility is crucial from the successful candidate.
Pay:
£15.24 per hour
Key responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Supervise and lead the team
- Wear any required personal protective equipment (PPE) or site-specific clothing as directed
- Use a ride on scrubber dryer machine and various small pedestrian machines
- Use of a variety of cleaning equipment and products
- Sweeping and mopping floor surfaces
- Report anything in need of repair or replacement
- Be the main contact between the staff and client
- Previous Supervisor experience preferred
- Previous hygiene experience preferred
- Keep designated cleaning areas and spaces clean and tidy at all times and store all cleaning materials safely
You will report to the Service Delivery Manager
