Envases UK is a manufacturing company that has been operating out of Port Talbot since 1993 which has experienced steady and sustained growth based on a combination of global blue chip and smaller bespoke customer bases. Envases UK is part of the Envases group, which also incorporates a sister Company in Bilbao, Spain. The site at Port Talbot is a "state of the art" facility in which Envases manufactures aluminum aerosol containers that are used in personal care, healthcare and pharmaceutical products.
Envases strives for excellence in its operations and support functions in order to service the core Blue Chip customers that form a significant portion of its business. Due to this Envases has created a new role and is seeking to employ a Pre-Press Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
· Managing the existing Pre-Press team and workloads.
· Manage the company’s Pre-Press process from artworks to production first runs.
· Manage department equipment, costs, quotes and sales invoicing.
· Take an active part in customer projects.
· Keep updated on the latest printing technique developments and how these could be used.
· Develop existing processes and procedures with a focus on continuous improvement.
· Train, coach and develop existing team members.
· Work with customers to realise technical artwork developments, including customer visits.
· Take an active part within the wider business to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Knowledge and Skills:
· Experience of reprographics and working in an offset Printing environment - essential.
· Experience of dealing with customers and suppliers - preferable.
· Experience of team and project management - preferable.
· Pride in work.
· Good communication and presentation skills.
