Who are we?
Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace.
The Role:
As a Laundry Attendant, you'll be an important part of keeping Estelle Manor running behind the scenes. From caring for guest laundry to managing linen and uniforms, you'll help ensure everything is clean, organised and ready to deliver an exceptional guest experience. - A keen eye for detail and pride in maintaining high standards.
- A positive, reliable attitude with a willingness to work as part of a team.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast paced environment and manage your workload.
- Good communication skills and confidence working with colleagues across different departments.
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is beneficial, but not essential as full training will be provided.
The on target earning potential for this role is £33,804.80 per annum based on a 40 hour contract - comprising a base salary of £30,804.80, plus a qualified estimate of £3,000 in gratuities and service charge*. Please note this role is paid hourly at £14.81 so this is a projected salary and OTE.
Please note this is a fixed term contract for 12 months.

About gratuities service charge:
- Gratuities (tips) and service charge are paid on a pro-rata basis regardless of your role.
- It is estimated that in 2026, our full-time employees can expect to receive in the range of £3,000 in addition to their annual salary.
