We are seeking a Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner to join our team working in the Baby Room. This is a great opportunity for a passionate, motivated practitioner who enjoys flexibility while delivering high-quality early years care and education.
About the Role
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:
- Provide high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS
- Plan and support age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development
- Build warm, positive relationships with children, families, and staff
- Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and welfare requirements are met at all times
- Maintain professional standards and follow the setting policies and procedures
Essential Requirements
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare
- Experience working within an early years setting
- Sound knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding requirements
