Responsibilities

- Manage food safety procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper storage of ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen environment
- Serve food to customers when required, ensuring excellent customer service standards are met.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a professional kitchen setting, ideally within hospitality or restaurant environments
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and culinary trends
- Supervising experience with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
- Excellent understanding of food safety standards and regulations
- Demonstrated skills in food production, presentation, and quality control
- Leadership qualities with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of kitchen operations
- Previous experience in restaurant service or hospitality is highly desirable
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, or holidays as required
