AVEVA is establishing a new philanthropic ‘Tech for Good’ program, with the ambition to drive digital innovation in support of key global challenges around access to clean energy, resilient water systems, clean air, biodiversity and responsible technology.
We are seeking a Manager, Tech for Good Partnerships & Employee Activation to design, deliver, and oversee this program. Your role is to drive programmatic alignment across initiatives and stakeholders while maintaining project governance and accountability. This role requires strong project management skills to coordinate with workstream owners, ensure successful and timely implementation of program pillars, design customized partnership models, manage volunteer engagement at scale, and deliver measurable impact. Reporting into the Sustainability Reporting and Engagement Lead, you will own end-to-end program delivery, stakeholder alignment, and impact measurement.
Partnership Development & Relationship Management
Develop and maintain a strategic partnership portfolio, overseeing AVEVA’s investment across software, employee volunteers and other categories, to drive maximum impact.
In-Kind Software Partnerships
Scope technology requirements and coordinate with AVEVA product, implementation, and services teams to support NGO onboarding, training, implementation, and ongoing success.
Develop partnership agreements that clearly define software access, support timelines, implementation milestones, and success metrics.
Design and launch signature employee volunteer programs that leverage AVEVA talent (software training, implementation support, strategic advisory, etc.).
Program Management and Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with AVEVA teams to co-design technical support for partnerships, via software, technical consultancy, and training.
Maintain program management resources, including project dashboards, timelines and statuses to track partnerships and volunteer initiatives, ensuring on-time delivery of key milestones.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences (nonprofits, executives, employees).

Hybrid working
We work in a hybrid way at AVEVA. Most roles are based at a local AVEVA office, with an expectation of being on-site 50% of your working hours to support collaboration and connection.
